What is the Pathfinder Project?
Our project is dedicated to supporting parents as they transition back into the workforce. We understand the unique challenges faced by parents who take time away from their careers to raise families.
Through tailored resources, mentorship, skills training, and flexible opportunities, we help candidates rediscover their professional identities and re-enter the workplace with confidence. Our mission is to break down barriers, close the employment gap, and advocate for inclusive hiring practices that value the diverse experiences and strengths our candidates bring to the table.
While our focus began with helping parents, we recognize that career breaks can happen for many reasons—parenting, caregiving, health, education, or personal growth. Our services are open to anyone looking to re-enter the workforce after time away. No matter your history, we’re here to support your journey back into meaningful work with the tools, community, and guidance you need.
Most importantly, these services are provided at no cost to the candidate. Gaining confidence and skills to get back into the workplace should not be stopped by a financial hurdle.
